That sparked a passion for finding new ways forward—like exploring online video platforms to connect small businesses with customers. Although that adventure didn’t work out (ask me about it…) the lessons learned fuel my work today. The biggest of those is that sometimes companies can be so narrowly focused on what they’re doing that they don’t see the perils that lay ahead as the ground shifts below them, nor the opportunities that new markets create. That insight is what inspires me to help clients spot trends, avoid pitfalls, and build practical strategies for success.
